Berry, Coconut Flakes and Chia snack
Super easy, yummy and surprisingly filling afternoon snack. Fruit for a natural energy pick me up. Chia seeds for protein. Coconut shavings give it crunch and that extra 'I'm having a treat' element.
Ingredients
Berries (strawberries, blueberries, mulberries), fresh or frozen.
Organic Coconut shavings (all natural, nothing added)
Chia seeds
As much or as little as you like.
Delicious! I added some raw cacao nibs to make it a little more indulgent.

ReplyDeleteThis is such a good idea. So simple. Definitely must go into use. My chia sits in my cabinet until I randomly remember it and just sort of throw it on things. Excited to try this! Thanks! -Laura

Deleteyes, I have done chia pudding/yogurt w/coconut milk in the past but never really was a huge fan. tried the coconut flakes, blueberries, and added a little bit of almond milk and was delicious! Nice to meet you by the way. Do you know if I can follow this via my wordpress site and not just email?
